PDCA

毎日少しずつでも目標に向かって自分を前進させていきたい。

そのためには何が必要か。

PDCAを回すことに尽きる。

PDCAには、定点観測が必要。

定点観測には、数値化が必要。

数値化には、要素の分解が必要。

すなわち、目標を立てたら、要素を分解する。

あとは、毎日、定点観測するだけ。

それを見て、未来を考える。

これは、日報を毎日書いて仕事していた時に習得した大事なこと。

Fixed point observation is necessary for PDCA.

Numericalization is necessary for fixed point observation.

Decomposition of elements is necessary for quantification.
